Are the registration documents delivered digitally?
Yes, upon successful completion of your registration, you will receive high-resolution digital copies via email immediately, while physical copies are processed for mail delivery.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because ID cards and certificates are custom-printed with your animal's specific information, they are non-refundable. However, hardware like vests and leashes can be returned within 30 days if they are in unused condition.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as secure mobile payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is the quality of the service animal vests professional grade?
Absolutely. Our vests are constructed from heavy-duty, breathable fabric with reinforced stitching and reflective strips to ensure your service animal is comfortable and clearly identified in public.
Can I update my animal's photo after the order is placed?
Modifications can be made within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team. Once the order has moved to the printing phase, we are unable to change the photo or details.
